Personalised labels cannot be resold, so this policy is about reprints.
## If the mistake is mine The reprint is free and I pay the delivery. Send me a photograph of what arrived and I will start again.
## If the spelling was typed differently at the order stage Message me. I will reprint at cost. The proof photograph exists to catch exactly this before anything is cut, so it is rare.
## If the labels are damaged in transit Tell me within seven days of delivery, with a photograph, and I will remake the set.
## Cancelling You can cancel any time before you confirm the proof photograph, for a full refund. After you confirm, the sheet is cut for one named child and cannot be reused.
