The things people ask.
How long does an order take?
Dispatched within 72 hours of you confirming the proof photograph. The clock starts when you confirm, not when you order, because I do not cut before you have checked the spelling.
What is the proof photograph?
Once your names are printed, I photograph the sheet and send it to you. You read the spelling back. Only then do I cut. It adds a few hours and removes almost every problem.
What if the spelling is wrong?
If the mistake is mine, the reprint is free. If the name was typed differently at the order stage, message me and we will sort it out — usually at cost.
Are the labels waterproof?
Yes. Every label is laminated, which is what makes it waterproof and dishwasher tested. I do not send an unlaminated label.
Can I change the colours of a design?
No. Each design is a finished piece of artwork and you choose the one you like, then how many sheets of it. Keeping the artwork fixed is what lets me print a week of orders together, which is what keeps the price where it is.
