The things people ask.
- How long does an order take?
- Dispatched within 72 hours of you confirming the proof photograph. The clock starts when you confirm, not when you order, because I do not cut before you have checked the spelling.
- What is the proof photograph?
- Once your names are printed, I photograph the sheet and send it to you. You read the spelling back. Only then do I cut. It adds a few hours and removes almost every problem.
- What if the spelling is wrong?
- If the mistake is mine, the reprint is free. If the name was typed differently at the order stage, message me and we will sort it out — usually at cost.
- Are the labels waterproof?
- Yes. Every label is laminated, which is what makes it waterproof and dishwasher tested. I do not send an unlaminated label.
- Can I change the colours of a design?
- No. Each design is a finished piece of artwork and you choose the one you like, then how many sheets of it. Keeping the artwork fixed is what lets me print a week of orders together, which is what keeps the price where it is.
- Do you deliver outside the UAE?
- Not at the moment. Delivery is UAE only.
- How many orders do you take?
- About 40 a week. When a week is full, the next available slot is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Can I put my child's school on the label?
- I would rather you did not put a school name and a child's name together on something they carry in public. A class or a year group is fine, and so is a phone number.
